In this release, we focused on expanding Provarity’s GenAI platform, optimizing dashboard visualizations, and reinforcing the platform’s technical stability. Key areas of improvement include new features aimed at enhancing user experience, advanced data insights, and security and stability updates in alignment with SOC 2 standards.

Feature Additions

  • GenAI – Prompt Library: Launched an integrated generative AI engine enhanced with Provarity API. This feature enables the creation of on-demand deal summaries and customizable reports for more dynamic insights.
  • Success Manager Portfolio: Introduced a new portfolio feature for SE Managers, allowing them to effectively monitor and manage the performance of Customer Accounts with improved visibility.
  • Team To-Do Widget: A team-focused tab was added to the existing To-Do widget, enabling team-wide task views with filter options for individual team member responsibilities.
  • File Approval Flow: Completed the deployment of an enhanced file approval flow tailored for the Gigamon use case, streamlining document validation.

Dashboard Enhancements

  • QBR Charts: Implemented new visualizations specifically for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), offering more granular insights for better decision-making during business review sessions.
  • Time Series Charts: Added time series data charts, providing users with the ability to view data trends over specified timeframes, improving trend analysis and forecasting capabilities.

Configuration Updates

  • Overdue Delay Days Setting: Adjusted the configuration for overdue flags on To-Do items, enabling more flexible customization of delay durations before tasks are marked as overdue.

Technical Upgrades

  • Angular Update : Upgraded the Angular framework from version 15 to 16, implementing necessary adjustments to address breaking changes and maintain SOC 2 compliance.
  • Node.js Version Update : Updated the platform’s Node.js version with full resolution of any breaking changes to support performance and security improvements.
  • Pie Score Logic: Enhanced the logic used for Pie score calculations, refining accuracy and relevance in score-based insights.

Security

  • Snyk Vulnerability Resolution: Successfully resolved a high-priority Snyk vulnerability, maintaining security standards in line with SOC 2 requirements.
